Returns Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. It must be returned in its original packaging with all enclosed documentation.

Any items that have been specially commissioned or customised cannot be returned. 

Sale items cannot be returned. 

In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately to notify us of the issue and to arrange a return. We reserve the right to use our discretion when deciding whether to refund, replace or repair faulty goods. 

Please be aware products are handmade so there may be visible signs and indications of this, but this does not mean they are faulty.

We reserve the right to judge whether an item is faulty rather than miss-treated. Willfull, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies. 

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return request has been rejected we will email you to let you know why, and the item will be sent back to you.

You are responsible for the return shipping arrangements, and these are made at your own risk and cost. Please ensure that you package the item securely and include a note of your name, address, email address and order number. It is highly recommended to make returns using a trackable insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, it is your responsibility to track the package and have proof of postage. 

If your return is approved and you have opted for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original payment source. You will receive your refund in approximately 7 working days, depending on the policy of your card issuer.

Please note that shipping costs are non refundable. The original cost of shipping will therefore be deducted from your refund.

We will notify you when your exchanged item is dispatched. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
